The Story of Rav Shamshon Raphael Hirsch

Learning From Our Leaders
Rav Shamshon Raphael Hirsch was a fearless warrior for Yiddishkeit, a gadol whose vision, wisdom, and greatness helped fight against the terrible Haskalah raging through Western Europe of the 1800s.
While the Reform movement was doing all it could to trample on Torah-true Yiddishkeit, Rav Shamshon Raphael Hirsch was there to stand up for the Torah’s honor. His brilliant sefarim, his deep understanding of the times, and his warmth and sensitivity, were the tools he used to keep the flame of Yiddishkeit burning brightly even during those confusing and dark days.
In The Story of Rav Shamshon Raphael Hirsch, geared specifically for junior readers, you will read all about the life and many accomplishments of this great tzaddik who saved Klal Yisrael.
