Rav Pam on the Parashah

Rav Avrohom Yaakov Pam zt”l was one of the most revered and beloved Torah personalities of our generation. The Rosh Yeshivah of Torah Vodaas was a brilliant talmid chacham, a master educator, and a guiding light of compassion, dignity, and heartfelt Yiddishkeit. Called by some “The Chofetz Chaim of our day.” Rav Pam's quiet and gentle determination touched — and often changed — the lives of thousands.

In Rav Pam on the Parashah, Rabbi Sholom Smith, a devoted talmid of Rav Pam for over two decades, continues his faithful adaptation of his rebbi’s timeless teachings on the weekly parashah. Each insight brings home a message the reader can relate to immediately, in the classic manner of Rav Pam — with clarity, warmth, and deep relevance to everyday life.

This volume also features a special and vital section: Rav Pam on Sholom Bayis – 50 Keys to the Peaceful Home, a concise and impactful collection of Rav Pam’s teachings on building harmony in the Jewish home — a topic he considered foundational to the future of Klal Yisrael.

Drawn from thousands of pages of notes and hundreds of recorded shiurim, these teachings continue to inspire with the sincerity, gentleness, and depth that defined Rav Pam’s lifelong avodas hakodesh.
